I’m a huge fan of Maxpedition nylon gear. The nylon is high density and durable, and treated with Teflon for stain resistance. They use thick, tight webbing for handles and straps, with high quality zippers and para-cord zipper pulls. The shoulder strap has a well-designed shoulder pad, and the connecting hardware is thick, high impact plastic cast in the color of the nylon. This is a great little bag for a man to carry everyday items like wallet, cell phone, ipod, etc. It’s also great for a traveler, to carry passport, tickets, maps, GPS, etc. I ride a motorcycle daily, and I can loop this over my head and under one arm and it will stay on my back as I ride. My only complaint is that it’s slightly smaller than I expected, about 3/4 the size of LA Police Gear’s bailout bag; but the weight of the nylon and the webbing is much higher quality than the bailout bag. I can’t imagine anyone, especially an outdoors-man, being unhappy with this product; just make sure of the size you want, because they make two larger sizes in this configuration.
